These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Finance Money Savings ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of financemoneysavings.com and all associated services. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.
2. About Our Services
Finance Money Savings provides home finance and wealth management services including: personal loans, credit loans, mortgage loan facilitation, wealth & investment planning, tax advisory, and insurance consultation. We act as a financial advisory and loan-facilitation firm; final lending, underwriting and approval decisions rest solely with independent licensed lenders and insurers.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information in all forms and engagements.
- Corporate clients must be authorized to bind their organization.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Financial markets involve risk. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of loan approval, credit-score improvement, investment return, or tax result. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Advisory content is general in nature and becomes personalized only within a signed engagement.
5. Consultations & Advisory Engagements
- The initial 30-minute strategy session is complimentary and carries no obligation.
- Paid plans (Growth, Wealth Elite) are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month.
- Advisors act in a client-first, fiduciary-aligned manner and disclose all material compensation.
- You retain full decision-making authority over every application, purchase and investment.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Plan fees are stated clearly on the pricing section of the Site. Loans and insurance products are priced by the issuing lender/insurer and disclosed to you before signature. Advisory fees may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing cycle; unused partial months are prorated and refunded within 14 days of cancellation where legally applicable.
7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application.
- Do not attempt to breach, scan, or disrupt the Site's security or infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including the Finance Money Savings name, logo, copy, graphics, and design systems — is the property of Finance Money Savings and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Limited permission is granted to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from paid advisory services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance Money Savings, its advisors and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, submission of false information, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirement. You may terminate your advisory plan at any time via your dashboard or written notice.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
15. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
